I need the driver to wait on location and take me back, is this service provided?

In addition to traditional transfer services, we also will wait on location for an additional hourly fee. The hourly fee begins after a 20 minute grace period.

Can I reserve your service for out of town trips?

We can accommodate for most out of town trips. Our team of expert drivers are trained to handle all trips short or long. They will do there best to make sure you arrive at your destination on time and safely.

I need transportation for a multi-day trip. Can you help me?

We are able to book multi-day trips provided that our schedule permits it. When you book your trip with us, our team will go over all the details with you to ensure your excursion is just as you wish.

Can I smoke inside your vehicle?

All of our vehicles are non-smoking. This is to ensure all customers are satisfied with the vehicle and service.

Will I be charged if I am running late?

All of our trips have a grace period of 20 minutes from your stated pickup time. Airports are an exception to this rule, we provide a one hour grace period from when your plane lands.

Is there a cancellation fee?

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the total will still be charged.
